International Tourist Center “Saint Ivan” works in Bulgaria since 2001. Despite the short period of operation it has established itself as a major investor of tourism business. Since 2002 the “Saint Ivan” became the owner of 6.4 hectares (64 000 m²) of land in skiing area of Bulgaria called Bansko.
At the present moment, a construction of “Bansko Castle” is taking place on 2.9 hectares of land situated 500 meters away from ski lift. The construction of the main building began in August 2006 and is planned to be finished by winter 2008. There will be 235 apartments, reception area, lobby bar, boutiques, bars, restaurants and many more in the main building.
