“REGINA MARE” is a luxurious àpart-hotel complex which is located in comfortable and easy for access to the beach place in TSAREVO. It was designed and built with the aim for maximum comfort of the owners and it has all prerequisites for a fulfilling vacation at the sea.

“REGINA MARE” has reception, lobby bar, restaurant, shopping center, swimming pool with pool bar, SPA-center, sport and fitness complex, business center, internet cafe, hairdresser's saloon, children playground, doctor's room, whole year security, parking. The complex is entirely conformed to the residents’ needs for comfort and quietness. Cleaning and room service are provided to take care of the apartments in order to provide the “cleanliness and comfort”. They are operational all year–round. The owners will be offered a furnishing contract as well as a contract for after-sales estate management.
